MEET RON
Ron Scolesdang is a World Champion Muay Thai Fighter, Family Man, Community Service Advocate, and Entrepreneur running for Mayor of Irvine.
Ron Scolesdang believes in family, passion, community service, and hard work. He has been married to his amazing wife April and is father to his energetic son, Renzo. His passion for martial arts has helped him become the current WBC National and WCK World Champion of Muay Thai. He has served his community over the past 20 years by providing guidance to his peers, providing support, and resources through his martial arts background and network. He co-founded his NPO, Seniors Fight Back in 2020 and won non-profit of the year in 2022. His organization continues to provide free self-defense workshops and resources to the elderly community and beyond. He has worked hard his whole life and currently owns multiple business's such as: KO Towing, Lace N Loop, ÅŒka Kickboxing Club, and CryoSpot
Ron Scolesdang comes from a sports background and believes to win at anything, it must be done as a team. The city needs to be run like that as well. Everyone needs to work together for the greater good of our community.
